426 marine/industrial help build

Need help building and advice on history my 426 industrial.
Seem to have very small knowledge in canada of these engines. Picked super cool piece.
My ID pad has nothing on it. Casting numbers same as photo.
But bore is 4.25. What would also be the value of something like this

Looks like this may be a 413 punched .060 to make it a 426. Same bore as a 383. I have the same industrial 413 to 426 engine in my 64. There's a little "meat" in the industrial engines.
