440 Engine Stamp ID

I can't seem to find a solid answer on this ID stamp.

3 10 2

15 on the end

Is this a 1968 HP 440?
Or is this a 1978 (8T according to some internet info) which would not be a HP?

What is the casting date on the side of the block?

I believe drivers side. Should be a date cast in the block with a casting number under it.

8T is 1978

HP is the high performance. Trying to figure out the "F" in front of it.

Look for stamped numbers on the lower pan rail.

This may help. I think you are probably seeing an "E" not an "F". What is the VIN number on the passenger's side of the block?
