Ive been planning on dropping a 408 in the old girl but told myself if I came across a good deal on a big block I would go for it.

I wish I was within driving distance! The dang shipping to Mississippi would be as much as the block

In the next 2 weeks I will be building a 440 with 452 heads and a 68 intake. The block is being bore + .030 and a good used set of cast piston ly rods std crank and a 509/292 cam the rods are nos. The engine will be bal. new bearing and rings. Maybe I can help someone. I start started building and machine work in 1972.
