500 stroker

Been a while since I've posted but I have finally finished intalling my 400 based 500 stroker, have broke in cam, and taken a few rides got about 150 miles on it, there are a few bugs to get out (valves need adjusting) timing set ect, but all in all I couldn't be more pleased with the power that this engine is putting out. With 410 gears and new hemi tranny, 8 3/4 rear for now, I have a brand new Dana waiting if need be,but I'm keeping sreet tires on it for fear of twisting and breaking glass and chipping paint. My car is 73 Roadrunner with the original 400 bagged and tagged and put away for safe keeping . Got the classic air compressor on, but car is not plumbed yet! Will post pics when I learn how to. I'm looking into doing a 451 stroker here - looking to get between 450-500hp..
