6 pack with stock hood

Does anyone know if a factory 6 pack setup with stock air cleaner will fit under a stock 383 style roadrunner hood? My engine is a 440. Thanks

In 1970 they used the same hoods. Which year do you mean?

It will even fit under an A body hood.

I’m working on a 1969 Road Runner. My 6 pack setup is a 1970 with the 1970 Charger style air cleaner. Looks like I’ll be in good shape to run it with the stock hood. Thanks guys.

Yep.....and you can add an air grabber set up to it like davek if you can collect the parts

Have you ever put some Play-Do on it to measure the clearance? I understand it is very small

Yes, sixpack clears just fine under my 70' Charger hood. My car is a factory California car and does have the emissions and hood padding sound deadening package. The padding does rub the air cleaner slightly.
