Looks like the Northstar Nationals in Brainerd in the early 1980s. Howard Comstock won the first two national events there with his SS/B hemi Plymouth. Rick Johnson's hemi Dodge is in the staging lanes in the background.

Yes it's an aluminum nose Bel. hdtp. A mistake was made when setting up the suspension leading to the crash.

Cedar Falls, Iowa. Cedar Falls Raceway. They have a Mopar Max weekend every fall.

Here's a couple from the Farmington show this weekend. I did a terrible job not taking photos. The Sport Fury was in the Car Corral and I was interested but the body was rough and would need redone. I already have a car that needs that. LOL
