what size tire can i put in the wheel well of my 62 dart wagon on the cop car 15X7 rim's ??

255/60 should fit fine, based on my '64 Savoy wagon. You might get a 275/60 in there, but that's a bit wide for a 7" rim; 8" is better for a 275.
Biggest tire I've run on an early B wagon was 285/70R15 on 15x8 Mopar steelies on my '63 Savoy, but I narrowed the rear axle and it still they were a tight fit.

I'd use a 255/70x15, if you can find one. Thats what I have on my 62 savoy on the back, on a 15x8 ramcharger rim. (I like the height, to fill out the ridiculously long wheel well opening.)

62 Dart wagons (and Plymouth wagons too,) have a more open wheelwell opening than the 62 Plymouth sedans. You might be able to get away with more tire on a wagon, but you are width limited by the seven inch wheel
IF you have room for the height, I'd use 255/70s, if not, then 255/60s, a good size for the sevens.
