Looking for what seems to be an impossible part to find. I don't need concourse quality, decent is fine with me. I have one on the driver's side, just missing the passenger side. Picture for reference because I don't know the exact name of the part. Thanks in advance!

Tabs are broken

With the tabs being broken, is there any feasible way to still mount these on the interior panel?

I do not know. Tabs on these are tiny. A interior guy would know
