Hello Everyone,
I just did a front disc brake conversion on my 62 Polara. Spindles and brake hardware went on fine for Classic Industries kit # MD7585. The kit is made by THE RIGHT STUFF (part #mdc62dc) and they have a good reputation. Now the results… the booster sits above the hood line. Of course classic industries just sells the kit that The Right Stuff makes and neither is claiming responsibility for adverting a direct fit for my car. I’m looking for solutions here or suggestions. If I buy a bracket to lower the booster I will have to extend the shaft that goes to the brake pedal. The car was originally manual brakes.
