64 back up lights

Has anyone added the factory back up lights to a 64 plymouth savoy, belvedere etc on a car that did not come with the option? I was thinking of just adding some LED's in that area (my car is no where near #'s matching..anything) Can this be done or is it a completely different rear fascia between the tail lights? I was considering this as no one knows if I'm reversing unless I just back over them ;)

I had 2 Belvederes a 64 and a 65. no reverse lights on the 64 but the 65 had them. Even though I didn't do it, I did check it all out and everything was the same at the rear. Requires some drilling and a hole saw. Then a 64 switch and wiring.
