64 Dodge 330 rear leaf spring prob

I have a customers car in my shop that someone made front spring mounts in it. They did a good job but they lowered the car by moving the hole up in the brkt. They also moved it foward about 3/4 " according to the guy he bought it from. I need to put it back stock. Can anybody tell me measurements of were the hole is suppose to be ? It has to be measured from the body out to the hole cause I'm not sure if the brkt is even the same size .

Here are some measurements & pics for you:

3 5/16 from the floorpan to the bolt hole center.
2 5/16 from the shackle mounting surface to bolt hole center.
