64 Plymouth brake pedel stop?

Question, 64 Plymouth belvedere have some type of brake pedel stop / retainer bracket? That way you can not pull the brake pedel all the way up and basically pull out the push rod from the master cylinder. Thank you in advance

Also there's supposed to be a rubber grommet that goes into the rear of the piston that holds onto the end of the rod when installed. Grommet goes in first then insert rod.

The stop lamp switch is not to be trusted w/o some kind of rod retention. Seen the rod fall out to many times. If you master cylinder doesn’t have the ring groove for the retainer install the push rod using windshield urethane.
