Hello and greetings from Germany
My name is Thorsten. Recently also owner of an Early B body. Who will say a, need to say b as well :)
Ok, is a 64er Polara (440/727/8 3/4)
Inside and outside, there is hardly any work, everything is very nice.
But the thick underbody protection I do not like, later more.
The car came from Detroit / Michigan at the end of 2009 as far as I know.
If anyone knows him I am very grateful for more information

As I said, the underbody was a disaster.
I did not want to leave it that way. I did not know what is under the thick protection. Got me then a dry ice blaster and everything removed. A lot of dirt. But no rust or sheets that were welded in.

luckily I have to do nothing inside and out. He now gets subframe connectors, a new tank, leaf springs, and a few other things.

Looking good are you using kits for the frames or building your own.

Wow! That underside cleaned up very well!
