Two spoke wheel, very shiny, NO cracks in rim, not even the suggestion of cracks beginning. There ARE cracks where the spokes join to the hub, which are not very visible when the horn ring is in place. I have no idea how it managed to get cracks where it did but none at all on the rim.
I used this for one year (1978) while looking for the original wood grain 3 metal spoke wheel for my '66.
Stored in the house since then.
Some very minor scratches in rim. $40.
Still looking for the horn ring(s), they will turn up eventually.
