65 Satellite air conditioning

I recently purchased a 1965 Satellite (fulfilling a life long dream) that was originally equipped with air conditioning. Over the years, the a/c was ditched. The vents on the dash remain, but the outlets on the driver and passenger side are absent as is all the stuff necessary to bring it back. I am a bit too old to tackle this job myself, but would appreciate it if someone can direct me to where I can have these parts found and this work done. Being an a/c car means it is HOT in the Summer with no flow through vents.


Please PM me with any details. It has a 440 currently (which I have disguised as a 426). I live in East Tennessee.

The original side outlets (factory called them spot coolers) were chromed pot metal mounted on the kick panels fed by flex ducts, I doubt if anybody is re-popping them. If you can't find used originals, you could probably find universal aftermarket registers that take the same size ducts and mount under the dash or on the kick panels.
