I S O a set of taillights for a 66 or 67 Belvedere
Nothing fancy, just a set I can give my brother for his new toy he toying with
It will probably never be legal, but he want it to look the part when he takes it around the block

The first 6 digits of the VIN will decide the year. Looks pretty stripped....does it still have the quarter extensions? Maybe a photo of that area would help.

What's different about the fenders between '66 and '67?

Single large headlight bucket in 66. 66 had single headlight and parking/turn signal lights in grill. 67 quad headlights and parking/turn signal lights in bumper. There are some other differences.
