Just picked up a 66 Coronet 500 383 4-speed car for my son. It's a Joe Dirt project. Anyways the rear spring are sagging and he wants an old school raked stance of higher in the rear. Can anyone post pictures along with what springs you have? Thanks in advance.

Mine is a 67. Just using old school air shocks to bump it a bit.

Espo Springs and Things can fix you up with some new ones. They have them in over height sizes s well.

Stock replacement Heavy Duty Springs but with a 30" tall tire works for me.

Stock baby! Original Hemi rear leafs, the front sits up a shade because of aluminum heads instead of iron. Just for a reference what stock height is.

I installed HD springs and machined a set of shackles about 1.5" higher than stock so they still remain hidden. I had air shocks on a few of my rides and didn't like the harsh feel. If you don't need to pump them much to attain the desired lift, it's a solution. Not if your springs are toasted...

Car looks straight! I bet he's juiced about it.
She needs a little lovin' on the driver quarter, but no bondo on the car. Little rust in the quarters, passenger foot well, and trunk pan. That's all the rust I could find. He is very Stoked about this car. Going to do stock black interior (bucket seats) and leave the patina. Just fix the rust areas.

Springs are toast. I can push on the trunk and hit the bump stops.
