The 2 speed wiper motor works a both speeds. It just doesn't "park" when turned off. The wipers just stay where they are when the wiper is turned off.

Any ideas?

it could be that the switch is not grounding properly. I think a volt ohm meter could help you diagnose it. Does it have a ballast resistor on the wiper motor ?

I do not have the FSM with me.
It only has a test of the switch in it.
Not much help.
But this print I drew may shed some light on it.
I did just enough to be sure it worked for future trouble shooting without really figuring it out.
I think all this is good info.
