1967 440 Block- (standard bore)- Block has been cleaned, flushed and washed. It then was externally coated with zinc phosphate metal prep and POR-15 Hemi Orange paint applied. The lifter valley and inside timing cover was coated with glyptol paint to improve oil return. Block is ready to be machined.

Glyptal paint? You work for G.E? They're the only people that use it for insulating electric D.C. motors. Nice!

Actually, GE isn't the only place that used Glyptal paint. Exxon also used it when reconditioning an electric motor.

Also, shipping isn't that difficult....just kinda expensive.
