First time B Body owner and as I inspect my purchase, I see the center two orange lights not hooked up to any wires. There are plugs behind them but the lights have screw terminals. Two questions

1) what powers on and controls the orange lights?
2) What are the right part numbers or light that should be where the orange ones in the photo. Thanks for your help

The inner position is for hi beam and should be clear bulbs. Someone put in the colored bulbs for "style" and since they wouldn't plug in-didn't. The color is only cool in the daytime.

Colored lamps Silly on a street driven car. Any auto parts store has the correct lights, low price for stock headlamps.

Inner lights are two prong high beam clear bulbs. If wiring harness is original the correct 5 1/4" bulbs will plug up. As @R413 said any parts store should have them and they're not pricey.

Almost seems like the guy really wanted a '66 instead.
Na, the fad of body colored hi beams is spreading like wildfire.

Looks cool on a Ronnie Sox drag car, but not your street car.
