68 Coronet Convertible Vent Windows

Does anyone know if 66 and 67 Convert. Vents windows are the same as 68 , not the glass but the whole mechanism ? I am looking for a decent set for a 68 Convertible I am finishing.

66 & 67 have the same vent frames for 2 door hard top 23, fast back Charger 29, or convertible 27, but they do not interchange and are not the same as 68, 69, or 70 convertible or a hardtop, for that matter.
I have a good used pair of correct 68-70 convertible only vent frames. PM me for details.

If im not mistaking, 69 4 door vent windows are the same as 69 convertible vent windows and complete unit. I need one vent window set for my convertible. Im looking at making sure this week that the 4 door window set works.. Im sure 68 and 69 are the same. Not 100 percent though.

YES I seem remember 4 door vents and window trim as being same as convertible and easier to find.

The OP was asking about the frames not the glass. The vent glass itself from a 4-door sedan or wagon is the same as a convertible in 68 and 69 but the frames and trim with the divisional channel for a convertible are totally different from all the other models including the 4-door and wagon they are not even in the ball park as their frames where painted and part of the door attaching pieces. The frame around the vent glass for a 4-door or wagon consisted of only a weatherstrip retainer piece attached to the divisional channel and could never be used in a convertible

It is a good thing a said i was not a 100% sure. Got my info from local b body so called expert..
