I have a pair of seats with functional tracks, original black cover material is decent with one crease and minor split on the drivers. The seat backs are missing on both and no fasteners.
VetteCorvette or Coronet?
Ill post some pics here soon. These were in a Model A coupe I bought recently and went a different direction on the seats. The sliders work fine, just wish the seat backs were there and I would consider them complete. The only thing I know about corvette seats (from the brief period when I thought I wanted one and test drove about a dozen...) is that they are frequently in pretty bad shape on "affordable" cars.
Therefore, they must be expensive to repair/recover or more people selling cars would do it.
A guy at my shop has an 87 and the driver's seat is somewhat twisted and the back and forth mechanism is super loose.
So the covers are not original after looking at a few examples at a show today but something that presents as decent start for someone looking for a factory base to recover with OE style covers.Probably around 600-800 for early C3 seats.

So these might be 69 seats based on the tag from the pass seat??
