I’m adding a power brake unit to my 68 roadrunner that has front disc brakes. What do I need in the form of a proportioning valve? Classic industries says I need a distribution valve AND A PROPORTIONING VALVE. Where would I mount these two valves if they’re needed?

I'm fairly certain if you have a disk/drum master, all you need in the distribution block.

If your car had drums originally, then all you need is a proportioning valve in the line to the rear brakes

I would check the vacuum to make sure it is enough to run power brakes too.

The Ramman says his repro dual booster works down to 10" vacuum, of course now the market is flooded with Chinese dual diaphragm boosters, who knows if they work as good. From about 5:00 to the end is where he says this:
