looking to get the right intake for our bee question i have is the intake cast or alum thanks

The original A12 intakes were cast by edelbrock and are aluminum. The casting number should be 3412046. Be careful though as they also sold some over the counter some years later. I believe they had the CH6B cast into them. You can get a lot of good info over on the A12 playground. Here is a link with some pictures of the differences. http://a12mopar.com/yabb/YaBB.pl?num=1363232376;start=all

This is a great thread on how to identify 69.5 originals

If you need to see any specific detail I can send a pic of mine. It's not installed and out in the garage. Based on the above link and other things I'm pretty sure it's an original but I'm not an expert by any means. The part number has the different font and orientation 6 and no ch6B part number on the drivers side middle runner.

Here is an original assembly line intake for a '69.5 car.
