69 383 exhaust manifold question

Hi all, how in the heck do you get to the next to the last exhaust manifold bolt on the diver side on cylinder 7? And what size is it? I’m having a heck of a time with the steering column in the way and every size socket I’ve tried, doesn’t seem to fit where the manifold kind of curves over it. The bolt seems to be sunken in a “well” so to speak.

You might have to pull the long motor mount bolt and jack up the driver side of the engine to access it.
