'69 Plymouth Latch Support

Does the Vertical Support beam on a 1969 Plymouth B-Body Horizontal Latch/Support Bar (The one just above the grille, That the hood latches to) unbolt?

If not:
How many spot welds are there?
And how big are they?
How hard to Re-Weld?

I don't have one in front of me and cant find a good picture.
I need to know because shipping cost is significantly higher with it attached.

There are only 2 or 3 spot welds, i have seen them both way, not hard at all to reweld. I have a panel together and one apart available, if your interested PM me

Thanks and Thanks for the offer. I have a pending deal already though, We just hit a snag with the bar needing to be removed.
Seller would just be using a standard drill bit to remove them.

Can you easily snap a picture of the welds on the one apart? If not, Don't worry about it.
