70 Charger Vent Lines

On a 70 Charger where is the Charcoal fuel filter suppose to be mounted. Should it be on the inner fender or on radiator support? Does the line from the fuel tank go to the fuel pump or charcoal filter first?

Also on the passenger side of the trunk, I have five vent lines that all lead into a 2 inch pipe that is capped. Do these need to be connected or can they be capped or linked together?
