Anyone know a real good wiper motor restorer ? :edgy: No one around here does this. Looking to get the last part of the puzzle redone top notch.

I am confused and its off subject but why does that look like a 70 Road Runner Hood on a Charger?

Good eye!! I had a C7 70 Road Runner that i bought for junk back in the late 70`s. Restored it, showed it, drove it & sold it in Feb 89 for good $$. It was a 383 Magnum 4 speed 3:91 sure grip & had the N96 package.
Always liked the air grabber hood & signals. This wasn`t an option for my 70 Charger :( but Mopar sold so many on the Road Runner & GTX that when the cars were remodeled in 71 it became an option on the Charger as well. I liked it so much that i bought a 70 Runner hood from a guy 2 hours east of me for $1,000.00 ( the inner ribwork was completely shot ) Then i looked for a 70 Charger hood that had been through a bad hail storm or had a big hole cut in it for ?? Found one ,rust free in Madison WI. for $100.00. & the rest is as they say history. Check out the " Welcome Wagon " on this site & click on " New Canuck Member " on page 2 ,i`m 6pktgo . On there you`ll see the history.

I didn't think I was losing my mind, I saw the ag seal and the turn indicators, yet also the core support extension with headlamp decal and the curvature of the fenders and thought wait a minute 70 Chargers never had air grabbers. LOOKS INCREDIBLE, nice job. The only hood I ever recall seeing was Landy's 1 off six pack hood on his 69 Charger.

Wiper Motors are done and on their way. Thanks for the opportunity to make another friend in the Mopar world!

Thanks much! The 0750 cylinder I sent back for replating once I got my cylinders back, wasn't happy with the plating, but still got both motors done in my 3-5 week special order time frame and I was much happier with the end result on both motors even with the extra week. I'm breaking in a new plater, someone local instead of shipping my plating out to another state, so my time frame on special orders can be reduced now that I see the new shop can meet my requirements and deal with me when I come back "not happy" and whining that my stuff has to be CONSISTENT in appearance. It's all in the "prep"...my prep was good, his plating should be good LOL

Now I can't wait for Fred to see them in person.
