Very cool. I own one of those TX9 post Road Runners also. Mine is a Roached Runner though. Nice to see Steve still out doing his videos

I used to own a black on black 1970 Road Runner. six barrel 4spd car

Sadly sold it back in the 80s.


Last I heard its in a barn near Dry Ridge Ky area. And has been since the mid 90s .
Owner had no interest in selling it either last I talked to his brother

I used to own this 70 Road Runner V code 440 Six Barrel 4 speed N96 Air Grabber, 4.10 super track pack car. Mine was EV2 Tor Red/ Hemi Orange. They guy I bought it from owns it now. I sold it in my first attempt to downsize my project car fleet,probably should have kept it! Great to see Steve back in action!

I had a red 440 4 speed 4.10 Dana N96 70 GTX too. I probably have a picture of it at the house.

Hey Mike, Did that one come out of Pa? Friend of mine had one about 1 1/2 years ago that he sold on Facebook Marketplace...

I purchased it here in South Carolina. Not sure where it came from before that.
It’s a white top and white interior on the TX9

Back about 1979 a guy was advertising a rust and dent free TX9, 70 Runner, 383, post auto on column. I considered it hard but never went back to get it because of the unexciting lack of options. Price came down to $800 but I still couldnt find room for it. Next time I seen it was in the JY with another B-body set on top of it wrecking the roof skin. I still kick myself for not bringing it home.
