What should I look for when looking at 71 satillite Guy wont budge on price but will take money here and there. Looking to do radical 5.7 hemisphere restomod.

You need to be more descriptive. Do you mean on overall condition of the car, body, reputation of the seller, etc? All these play into affect...

I bought a very plain jane solid 72 318 sat from Seattle back about 7 years ago for around 2k IIRC. it was an a nice car.
