i was looking through my 71 chassis manual today and I noticed that it shows the exhaust and carbs for the 70 cuda aar in there. Anyone know why? Is it because it was a mid year model?

Looking at mine, the version date shows August 1970. It is most likely that the 6 bbl cuda was originally planned to be continued into 1971 and that is why it is in the FSM. The manual would have been laid out months before.

True that. They were built between March 11 and April 20th in 1970. I have a advertising photo of a 71 Challenger TA that was never built for production.
