Is there a difference in the headlight mounting brackets between hideaway and non-hideaway headlights?

That's what I was afraid of. Mine are for hideaways and I need regular. I can't afford to go back with hideaways. Most of mine was missing when I got the car.

I think they will work.

Lots of folks wanting to install hideaways on cars that didn't come with them, or people stripping hideaways from parts cars don't realize they are different.

My bet is it would be real easy to find someone looking for yours to trade with.

They are different to give more clearance to the doors in the open position.

I've also heard the non-hideaway buckets will work with hideaways but the clearance is very tight.
