When I turn the key it just clicks once, Battery is poking 12.2 right now. Plugs are on. Any suggestions?

Let's do a little diagnostic.
With the ignition in the "on" position, can you jump the relay to energize the starter solenoid? Will it start when you do this? If so, the fender well starter relay needs to be replaced.
Your battery voltage should be sufficient to start.

Don’t know what any of that means

I’m 18 and my parents know nothing of cars

That looks like a tidy unmolested car you have there.
Learn from someone who is worth listening to about how to repair your car.
Cast around for an experienced older mechanic who can fix the car right the first time.
Even if you pay good money it will be worth it.
Don't butcher the car learning the hard way.

Hey guys thank you ab the relay I messed with it and finally got it started
