73 Charger Instrument panel swap

I have a 73 charger with the regular dash instrument panel. I have the Rallye instrument panel to put in it. Will this require extensive wiring changes. Just wondering if it's a difficult swap

You would be better off to get a dash wiring setup for it, it will be a pretty good job to get every thing working right. Good Luck Ronnie

I'm a wire is just wire guy and just make my own wiring harnesses. If you are careful and label each wire as you remove it from the original cluster, you should be able to mate the wires up to the Rallye cluster. If needed, splice in some additional wire to make them the length you need. A few bucks in wire and connectors sure beats big bucks for a new wiring harness.

I just removed a rallye cluster and labeled the harness.

I used masking tape and a sharpie to label all the connections.

Took about 45 minutes including pulling the cluster after dropping the column.

Also both the Rallye and the standard harnesses share the same wire color code.
