74 satellite sebring plus procar seat brackets

So I have some procar seats 1614’s and I called summit to make 100% that I was getting the right brackets for my application (74 satellite Sebring +) and was reassured the 81342 and 81343 brackets where what I needed but the holes are nowhere close. Before I send them back does anyone have any experience with what brackets go in satellites? I’m considering just welding up my own.

I hate to say this but most of Jegs/Summit stuff is mostly designed for Chevy.
Don't get me wrong I buy allot from both of them.
To make them fit I have used strap steel to reach the factory Mopar bolt holes that can be bolted or welded
to those seat brackets. I assume the car had factory buckets per photo.
I got their sliding seat brackets for buckets and in no way could I make them fit proper without major reworking.
