Anyone know the part number for a 1978 dodge magnum with a 400 and A/C ? Rockauto only shows the plastic vacuum operated type, and I need the metal valve thats cable controlled. Thanks, Tony.
I looked one up for a pickup of the same year it's the same except it stands a little taller, or was it shorter??? Not much of a difference actually. NAPA part number 6601235.
Thanks. But I looked it up and it won't work on a 78 magnum. And it's probably because of the internal valve. I have two junk valves in my shop and the one allows coolant through and the other doesn't allow coolant through when both valve levers are in the same position.
