I have a wooden box, probably 12"x12"x 5"
it has a hole to receive the exposed gears so the pinion stores nose up... It has a couple stout handles to make carrying it easier.. I'll try to take a photo when Im at the shop tomorrow
I have three or four round Costco laundry soap buckets that I use.

Same as 1 Wild R/T, but I used a Lowe's bucket. Cut a hole in a piece of 1/2" plywood, put it on the bucket, and dropped the gear side in. Put that on a Harbor Freight dolly for mobility... done!

Been doing this for years the same way. I'm a body/paint guy but anyone can do this. Small 5 gallon bucket with lid. Cut 9" hole in bottom side of bucket. Tip upside down. Your chunk should fit nicely and with lid on will hold any residue of gear...
