I've been cleaning this old boy up -
Most of the parts are now treated for rust and painted -
I'm a bit concerned about this wear but I suppose it will still work fine -
The hairpin type cotter pin was rust-welded to the pivot though, and broke on removal -
I believe it can be replaced with McMaster-Carr 98395a221 for 3/8 rod. It'll probably cost me close to $20 to get a bag of them, so I thought I'd ask if anyone knows if that is right or has a better pin in mind.
It'd be nice if there was a rebuild kit for these things, but the rest of the hardware is present and useable if not pretty.
