Pretty much everyone here since 1992.
Most times need a very slight clearancing to the block. Make sure it fits squarely with no interference

Word of warning. My old (okay, ancient!) hooker headers would not work with a mini starter. A tube ran right through where the new solenoid was. So I still have the old giant heavy starter on my car.

Also you must remove the adapter off the terminals of the starter.

Funny, my '66 Poly 318 with a Dakota starter still sounds just like the old one. Guess I got lucky.
