I am looking at one and was wondering if any of you guys have any info on them such as any problems I should be looking for. It has 210,000 on it, 4x4, crew cab, manual

You might check www.turbodieselregister.com it's the forum for the Dodge /Cummins. Make sure the truck doesn't have the "53" block which is prone to crack and inquire on whether the "killer dowell pin" problem has been fixed.

check to see whether a lift pump upgrade has been done. They were prone to lift pump failure which in turn burns out the injector pump, about a $3500.00 fix. The upgrade is a different style lift pump in the fuel tank. A fuel pressure gauge is a must. Also use a diesel fuel additive which will improve lubricity. New low sulphur diesel fuels lack lubricity which can cause pre-mature injector pump failure

Thanks, I checked out the turbo diesel register forum. There was a post on there about the 53 block being the worst in 99. To bad because the truck I was looking at was a really nice truck. I spend to much money on the race car to take a chance on the truck having costly repairs.
