This is a Mopar Performance # P5249717 Offset brake adaptor which was used to move your master cylinder over to clear the Hemi valve covers. It cost $86 back in 1995 and I also have the adjustable master cylinder rod from Mancini Racing that you need with this, it cost $77.95 back in the day. I will take $120 for the pair.
