A little show with the "GO"

Car is parked for the winter. The engine bay took a bit of beating last couple years getting everything dialed in.

Now that I am pretty happy with how the car is running I decided to clean things up. I started with the carb.

Pulled it off and completely disassembled it. I did some more work to the main body and then cleaned everything up and painted it for a different look. !

The next part is the valve covers . I couldn't bring myself to pay $200+ for covers I liked. So I am going to modify the ones that I have. They are the regular old MP valve covers that everyone has. My plan is to shave the fins and paint a satin black to match the carb. A progress pictures .
