A lot of recommendations for disc brake conversions

So I've been searching the forum for front disc brake conversions for my 65 Belvedere wagon. One that I see come up a lot is the Dr Diff kit. Is this using factory parts like pads, rotors, calipers etc. I want to be able to replace parts as they wear out in the future and get them from local parts store and such. I already converted to a dual master cylinder. Do I also need 15 inch steelies? 14 inch are on the car now. Thank you for the help.

I did wilwood, the pads are readily available. Plus Dr Diff doesn’t have anything that fits my car.

The 10.95 kit uses factory parts and can be used with 14'' disc brake wheels. Think 76 Aspen/Volare . The 11.75 is 15'' disc brake wheels such as the Cordoba .

I did Dr.Diff setup and it was pretty Straight forward. Also the tech support is excellent.

Then Dr Diff will be the one I go with. I'll go 10.95. I have a pair of 15" steelies that I'm dropping off this week to get sandblasted.

My 67 wagon had the Docs stuff installed by the PO. Had 14's with the 10.95" rotors. Since I switched to 15's, I put the 11.95" rotors on. Just required the larger rotor and caliper mount unit. I like being able to go anywhere to get replacement parts as opposed to having to wait for boutique stuff.

Why do you think that happened? I will tell you why. You searched for disc brake conversions for a car that already had disc brakes. If you would of called or messaged Cass he would of set you straight.

The answer to your question is yes.
Whether or not they fit 14" wheels depends on size. 10.95" (stock A-body size) should.
The 11.75" (stock b-bocy, Córdoba, size) probably not.
