Are all the mounting tabs still in place so it could be mounted into the car?

if you mean the brackets, no there

I think he means the studs on the front that line up the radio to the frame. The only other mounting point is threaded stud that is at the back. It goes in a slot that is part of the dash frame. I just pulled one out the other day.
