62 413 Max Wedge
Back in 1970 a buddy of mine who I worked with at the local A&P; had a 413 Max Wedge in a 62 Dodge that looked just like that one in the picture. Our boss at the A&P purchased a new 70 GTO Judge and wanted to street race the Dodge. Like in the movies we all ended up on a back road in northern NJ around 1am. It was a flags down start. It wasn't even close!! The Max had him easiely at the 1000' and kept pulling away. Those were the days!!
