A-pillar trim removal

I have a 67 belvedere I can't get the A-PILLAR trim off it slides up and down it's loose but I can't get it to come off

so you have the screws out and it moves up and down. door is open and push down and pull out on the top it should come out.

Quick question, does the A-Pillar and headliner trim get installed before the roof rail or does it matter?

One more question, maybe-lol
Does the dash need to be installed before the pillars?
I only ask because the headliner is installed and now I wanted to install the glass. I thought I should install the roof rail first, then I learned I should install the pillars and then the headliner trim next.
I’m obviously building this from scratch and did not take the car apart.
 
Dash needs to be in before the windshield!.. unless the '67 is different than '68/69/70.
