Post up some pics of it all if you can...

Have you already installed the new body panels? A classic mistake is hanging quarters without the doors in place. When that happens you'll never get the doors to line up.

almo, mopar muscle magazine's new issue has a whole section dedicated to your question on lining up panels. You might want to check there.

Tommy, I have a piggyback question for you. What is the reasoning behind hanging quarters without the doors on? The reason I ask is because my bodyman is hanging quarters on Monday and as of now the doors aren't on it. Whether or not he hangs them before the quarters I'll have to ask. I'm only putting AMD quarter skins not the full quarter, does this make a difference?

Doors need to be hung to make sure the 1/4 to door gap is correct.

That's what I thought. In my case it won't matter because their is still about an inch of quarter from the door jamb

In that case you SHOULD be okay, but I have seen many people hang full quarters with the doors off. How they settle on where to sit the quarters is beyond me, but they weld 'em up, install the doors, and what do you know...not only is the door gap off, but any body lines are completely out the window. It is really amazing what a quarter, or even an eighth, of an inch will do to your body panel alignment.
