Adding after market air-conditioning to a 1971 road runner/GTX

As @WileE said, Classic and Vintage.

People will argue if one is better than the other. In my experience, they are both decent products. The key, like with anything, is to do a quality installation.

Is this an original AC car? Classic Auto Air sells components that you could make fit using some of your original components. Vintage replaces everything and you will have to make some decisions on controls since no one has anything that is a direct bolt in.

I used a vintage system in my 71 Charger since I was doing a restomod and I used some generic controls to make a panel for my car like what is shown in this pic.

That control setup would look better if you placed a rounded end plate under the VA control to cover the original opening.

I was happy with the support from Vintage Air. @Kern Dog is a good resource for AC install look for his thread.

I'm surprised neither Classic or Vintage have controls for the 1971 B Body.
