Admins closing threads due to political content

Admins, instead of closing a thread because it becomes political, how about just moving it to news & politics? Let those who want to continue the discussion.

To news and politics since virtually everyone was on a rant about government and property taxes.

Your thread would have had a better chance of not going political if you had provided a link for the cars. That way, members would have spent more time looking at cars and commenting on them.

There is no link... just an 87 year old guy selling cars and parts. Not advertised but for sale for the first time.

Just post it in the political forum in the first place. We have friends that are political opposites. We don’t let that interfere with the other common interests we have.
I have at times made comments that might be political, but I try to ask the moderators to remove if not applicable.
If I understand it correctly, you can join the political forum if you purchase a gold membership.
This is to everyone.
I think is is supposed to be a site that helps all members to build their cars.

If I understand it correctly, you can join the political forum if you purchase a gold membership.

You don’t need a gold membership to join.
