Hello. I have a Carter A.F.B on my 68 plymouth 440 and wonder how am I suppose to adjust the mixing screws with the air cleaner on. The idle does make a difference with the air cleaner on and off. From what the directions tell me is to run the car and let it warm up and screw one side in till it starts to stall, then back it out to get the highest r.p.m's you can. Do the same on the other screw. When that is done set the idle. IS THIS CORRECT. Thanks
